ArchのChromeとかで色つき絵文字を表示させる

色々あって綺麗に表示されなかった

って書いてあったので。。。

$ cd /etc/fonts/conf.d
$ sudo ln -s ../conf.avail/66-noto-color-emoji.conf
$ fc-cache -f -v
